     Delegate White moves to amend the bill on page five, section two, beginning on line twenty-eight, following the words “issued by the”, by striking out the words “West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Water Development Authority”;

    On page nine, section two, line one hundred twelve, following the words “wastewater facilities”, by inserting a comma and striking out the word “or”;

    On page nine, section two, line one hundred thirteen, following the words “infrastructure projects”, by striking out the semicolon and inserting the words “or other infrastructure projects”, followed by a semicolon;

    On page twelve, section two, line one hundred seventy-two, following the words “a project” and the period, by striking out the word “The” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Except when considering broadband middle mile infrastructure projects, the”;

    On page twelve, section two, line one hundred seventy-two, following the words “council shall”, by striking out the words “for water and sewer projects”;

    On page eighteen, section nine-a, line thirteen, following the subdivision designation “(1)”, by striking out the word “Infrastructure” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Broadband”;

    On page nineteen, section nine-a, line eighteen, following the words “or private”, by striking out the semicolon and inserting a colon and the words: “Provided, That no moneys from the West Virginia Infrastructure Fund established under section nine of this article may be deposited into the Infrastructure Fund for Broadband Middle Mile Development or otherwise used for broadband middle mile infrastructure projects”, followed by a semicolon;

    On page nineteen, section nine-a, line twenty-two, following the words “payable to”, by inserting the words “the Water Development Authority, the”;

    On page twenty-one, section nine-a, line sixty-eight, by striking out the words “infrastructure revenues and from” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “broadband revenues and from”;

    On page twenty-eight, section nine-b, line fifty-one, following the words “expires, the”, by striking out the word “advisor” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “advisory”;

    And,

    On page forty, section fifteen-a, line forty-four, by striking out subdivision (d) in its entirety.
